Job Overview
As an intern with Robbie’s Hope foundation you will work on a wide and diverse set of duties focused on achievement of our mission to reduce the rate of teen suicide in Colorado by 50% by 2028. This position will last from September 1, 2022 to June 1, 2023 and be located out of the Robbie’s Hope Offices in Golden, CO. We will be selecting 3 – 4 candidates to serve as interns for the upcoming year.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities will be divided among the Interns with each person specializing in an area that best fits this skills, interests, and need.
Podcast Blog: You will be responsible for contact potential guests for our bi-weekly podcast. Additional duties include pre-preparing questions and publishing the final podcasts.
Advancement: You will assist in Advancement activities including researching donors, preparing funding requests, and representing Robbie’s Hope Foundation at meetings.
Ambassador Program: You will manage components of our new Ambassador program.
Social Media: Coordination of social media activation for Robbie’s Hope Foundation.
Qualifications
Applicants must be starting their Junior or Senior year in High School.
Extensive experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Demonstrated prior involvement as a Robbie’s Hope Teen Activist.
You must be able to commute to our offices in Lakewood, CO.
Hours & Requirements
5 per week spread over two shifts in the evenings from 6 pm – 8:30 pm. Work takes place at our home office in Lakewood, CO, there are no exceptions to this rule.
Salary is $17 per hour.
